Does a person need an intermediary to speak with God?
Imagine being able to express everything in your heart, without an appointment, an intermediary, or specific words.
In Islam, the relationship between man and God is based on this closeness; the door of supplication is open to every person, at any time and place.
You do not need someone to convey your prayer, nor a special place for God to hear you.
God says in the Holy Quran: “And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me – indeed I am near” [Al-Baqarah 2 : 186]
It is an image of faith that enables a person to turn directly to his Creator, with the simplest words and the truest feelings.
